I wouldnt be so quick to throw Massie under the bus over this. His point is this resolution violates the 8th and the 27th Amendments. He isnt wrong. He should know because he is still litigating his own salary reduction imposed by Pelosi when he refused to wear a mask.
You have to remain true to your convictions. His no vote here is not a deal breaker for me.
