This guy is a very straight shooter. He’s a pilot for a major airline but also in the Guard. Three weeks in August he’ll be in Alaska for what he says they’re touting a very complex war exercise. There will be different factions of the military coming together for this exercise. He says they are preparing for war against China. He firmly believes war is coming. He’s not awake at all, so we don’t have those kinds of discussions. But he’s well thought of at his base and very much relied upon as a model soldier and he is helping his base to prepare for it.

Can't win a war without munitions... Good thing we sent everything to Ukraine while shutting down production here at home 🤦🏼♂️
Everything? Not even close. You might be surprised what the biggest military budget in the world can get. You may be surprised to learn what a ton of soft power can do too.
The biggest military budget in the world gets some people very rich. And leaves the country with overpriced pieces of junk like F35, zumwalt, aircraft carriers (in the age of hypersonic missiles), etc etc.
Money does not equal quality. The purpose of the 'defense budget' is to enrich the MIC.
you don't actually know much about the F35 do you. Yes it had some teething troubles but that is because it is the most advanced of it's type to ever exist. Infact there is no other type because this is a brand new concept. Very few people know what this plane can actually do. There is always some fool who knows nothing that thinks they know everything.
Are there any tidbits of info you can give to illustrate the F35's abilities, or is what you're hinting at classified info?
Great, US built a better horse. Others have automobiles.
What does F35 do against enemies with hypersonic missiles? Assuming:
And then once it gets up it has to dodge S500s and their ilk.
Sure, F35 would be good, in 1990. It's now 2023, others have hypersonic missiles, and the US is building better horses.
F35 represents an obsolete doctrine. Same as the aircraft carrier. Unless its intent is to 'fight' the Taliban and equivalent opponents.
I've read lots of reports that claim to quote various people in the .MIL, and they all claim they're getting extremely uncomfortable with how low our stores of munitions have gotten.
I believe one or more people even said something like there's no way we could fight any war / serious conflict right now, we're THAT depleted.
Yes, could definitely be misinformation, but I'm just stating what I've read.....
Yet another reason why I don't believe that President Trump is secretly still the CIC.
Why?
Trump is CIC military is under secrecy. We are never told the next move.
I have been told that that's one reason for sending all that shit to Ukraine: Leave us defenseless here at home. It's working.
Along with draining the strategic petroleum reserve, which is for war fighting
Have you seen the old junk we sent to Ukraine? we sent NOTHING new
Yep. Probably old junk rotting away.
Well it's good enough to fight the even bigger pile of junk that the Russians use but it's a bit past it's use by date.
appear weak when you are strong
I hope that's the case
