This was painful but I think it was for optics. 1: Durham's not "our guy"; and 2: Outrageous always gets a lot of press and Gaetz and team Trump want to plant a seed in people's minds about who started this whole thing. Was it really just HRC and the DNC? Prolly not. This is the groundwork being laid to get to Obummer.
I agree actually
You're on a roll today...
Actually I edited my comment before I saw your response. I think they are laying the groundwork to get to Obama. I noticed that until someone asked about Mifsud specifically, Durham kept referring to him anonymously. "We went to run down a witness" in Italy or whatever. I don't know why but that was a tell for me. Mifsud is a hot hot hot potato.
Thanks. I have somehow managed to get some real work done too which is weird, because I couldn't sleep at all last night.
The Badlands guys - Jon and JustHuman - didn’t like this, but I thought Gaetz did great here. I like that he actually has some fire and outrage about these crimes while Durham sits there like a sap. Even if Durham has his hands tied because of some military investigation, does he have to be so... dull. He doesn’t convey any sense of any kind of crimes even being committed, and talks about a sitting President wire-tapping the opposition campaign like it’s a jaywalking ticket.
I thought that it was perfect actually. I was uncomfortable when it was happening but still had to say to myself, "yea, whose going to answer THOSE questions?" Which was the point of the exercise I think. It will be interesting if Jon and Just come around to the same though after digesting.
Of note, Gaetz is smart enough to know that you just can't send subpoenas via courier pigeon oversees and secure witness testimony from foreign assets. That's why the berating of Durham seemed like theater to me. I don't think Durham was in on the plan though. He was genuinely offended.
It shouldn't only be 45 pointing these things out, when others align themselves with 45 like Gates does, they are showing us clearly where they stand. I wondered if Durham was 'managed' and got a bit isolated and tired being away from his family for 'four' years. Sounds like he has paid a high price for this job. Were people placed in his team to try to misdirect or hamper him? Were such people part of the reason the report took so long to produce? Why did he not pursue all the avenues of enquiry on the Mueller report as Gates asserted? The two men sat behind him looked interesting and tricky. Were they on his team? BB and JustHuman are great, but they called Gates wrong IMO, it can't just be nice-nice playing when we see what is going down, the right questions should be asked. Gates wore a yellow tie. Was he asserting cowardice? The Durham report was a lil step in the right direction, but it could have been a larger step, unless there is another investigation still going on in the background. Not sure how that would operate alongside Durham.
I saw a follow up show with Patel Patriot where another guy they talk to, can't recall his name, seemed to persuade PP that Gaetz had his instructions and did what he was supposed to do. I wish I could remember what he said exactly but PP was nodding his head in agreement, like he was having an "aha" moment. Something along the lines of there's no way Matt Gaetz just went rogue on that. But the strategy was laid out and made perfect sense, but of course I can't recall what it was.
It does seem interesting to me that Trump is acting "overall happy" with the Durham report and is more emphasizing the timing than the substance. He glances over "could have done more" to say "took too long" and then move on to why Barr is a weakling and a loser. It's all Kabuki to me. He is distancing himself from Barr because of what is in the classified appendix to the Durham report IMO.
Gaetz is on. There's no reason for Durham to duck any questions for as long and as thorough he supposedly did his job.
Durham is the republican party establishment, personified. They always protect the democrat side of the swamp when it really matters.
Mifsud is Maltese. Malta is a small island filled with a population of Mifsuds - all related. Don't understand why no one could track him down. Odd.
After news I see like this,,, I relieve stress and anger by doing a thorough inventory .... You know , on stuff
Well this is disappointing
Gaetz is a grade A, grandstanding douchebag. Durham is subtlety pointing the truth that keeps getting interrupted. Lawful investigation is hindered in a corrupt system where the enemy lies, cheats and steals with impunity. What is beyond the scope of HIS work doesn't mean that nobody is tasked with the duty to pursue those lines of inquiry. Military could be greater in some of these instances
the normies need all this corruption to be exposed slowly, so hopefully that's the reason the output by Durham is tempered. won't be long now until normies start listening to old episodes of Alex Jones, kek
Lol
