Begs the question, is Mifsud in custody...OUR custody in GITMO and singing like a bird? Is he rolling over on the key players behind the scenes, and Durham knows this? I don't know because I'm not in the loop on that, but there's something odd about the whole Mifsud situation (I'm almost sure not his real name). Let's not start crucifying Durham on this, let's see how it plays out we're smarter than that, I think.
No, people get a lick of news they don't like about someone, and they want to nail them to the cross. We should be using the 72 hr rule, but a lot of people don't. They want to pass judgement in the heat of the moment without looking at all the options. A great example is when 6 (R) sat out the Shiff vote. People wanted to toss the ones who didn't vote yes to the lions. 5 of those people are on the House Ethics Comity which Schiff would be referred to, and could not vote in the affirmative and if they did, that would show bias and the (D) would have a field day. The 6th is a total bought and paid for RINO. I'm all for suspicion, but not for jumping the gun over something that might pan out in our favor in the long run.
Since we know Durham isn't the "only game in town" I figure he needs to keep some things close to the vest. He may be finished with his part of the investigation but the other 'game' may very well still be investigating. Keep in mind, per Q, Durham started this investigation in Nov. 2017 although he wasn't "officially" appointed SC until Oct. 2020. There's a lot going on in the background we don't know about.
Possible because of things going on behind the scenes

It's not crucifixion to ask questions seriously and with well deserved suspicion

Is this a Shoe??
Well one could place it onto a foot I suppose....
Ok but is it a Shoe....
Well I'd have to compare it to other things that aren't shoes....
No, wait, is it a Shoe or isn't it???
I, I, I, cannot comment on that due to an ongoing investigation....
But you cannot tell if it is or isn't a Shoe, can you tell if it exists???
I don't know if it exists....
He ded.
