next time, post your article instead of a picture. It will increase the odds of being stickied because the article will be easily accessible.
I tried putting the link in my heading and a mod said that was a no no, so I'm not sure how else to do it?
When you post, it defaults to image post. There is a drop down, change it to link post. Insert your link in the area listed for the link and type your title in the title section.

Link Posts are marvelously simple.
Just click on the Image Post and change it to Link Post when you do a new post. It then provides a field for you to enter the link.
Cannot wait for IPOT's Part 2. Very interesting.
