It used to have to be work related. And vaccine injuries for work required vaccines counted as work related injuries and needed to be reported as such. And the only vaccine requirement by OSHA was for blood borne pathogens training (hep B series) and could be declined with a simple “I Decline” form.
I had an approved religious exemption from Los Alamos National Laboratory and Thom Mason the current director decided himself that the only accommodation would be leave without pay. So essentially firing me. Not sure what recourse I would have, but LWOP is not accommodating me.
I work at a linked facility. My company wasn't stupid enough to fire me. I tried the medical exemption route, but they wanted me to change my employment contract with them and I refused. So I pretty much told them they'll just have to fire me. They decided to play the waiting game. Got an email last week that all COVID BS has been dropped and no further action will be taken.
Every single engineer in my agency refused. It was not until we returned to work that we talked and realized that we had all arrived at the same conclusion.
The engineering manager (whom is a flaming liberal) “demanded” we comply, our response was a uniform “fire me”; now we all openly laugh at him
Waiting for the commercials so people can start class action lawsuit. Just went down a rabbit hole on the military bases that have Forever Chemicals in their drinking water. The Pentagon is on the hook for $27 billion - could this be watch the water? Mind blown.

Thanks for the info fren. My dad was Navy, I had thyroid cancer that had spread to 14 lymph nodes by the age of 21. It’s uncommon for young people to get thyroid cancer. I wonder if there’s a connection.
Navy brat here as well…we only lived on one base his entire career (28 years). He always told my Mom we would live off base. Look into Royal Rife machines fren. Blow your mind
Thank you! I’ll definitely look into it. After doing a search yesterday I found out the Chesapeake Bay area has extremely dangerous levels of forever chemicals thanks to the military. We lived near it most of my life. I married the military too, so I’ve been near or on bases my whole life. Thanks for making me aware of this.
For what it's worth I've had the following religious exemption work out twice:
"I believe with the convintion of a traditionally held religious belief that, taking the vaccine will result in harm and will not take it."
It came from a YouTube video by a lawyer. The search on YouTube was basically like, "religious exemption for an athiest" which is funny in retrospect. The simplified format helped the companies accept the exemption.
the real test is not having to ASK for any exemption to what you put in your body!
Right! Invoke your right, not ask permission.
Amen
Exactly. In fact I think its worse to ask for permission to follow my conscience.
Who gets to decide?
By asking are you putting some fucking coolaid headed bureaucrat above God and/or your personal relationship with Him.

But muh covid!
Groomers disagree

Hopefully you will be vindicated, fren. Sending positive vibes your way!
You're right, you were fired unofficially. Sue em!

I hope you sue the shit out of them.

There are literally people here that are jealous of your situation and the payout you're entitled to.
Praying for Justice for everyone!
Their was a group of federal employees suing over the fact that the gov. Didn't rule in a timely manner on requests for religiouse vaxine exemptions.
This should help that case I belive.
Winning! Who said that? You’re going to get tired of winning!
Uh oh, there's goes the medical establishment. Good luck with all those lawsuits, damn demons.
Why can’t I sue for being forced to request an exemption for extreme stress/duress while waiting for their decision? 🤬👿

Vey welcome fren- LMK and be well. Happy Independence Day
I think you can.
You should be able to. Two years of stress seems like a shitload of mental duress to me.
I will be looking for class-action lawsuits…
It's a step in the right direction..... The real test would be applying this to a vax☠xine religious exemption case.
Yup, hopefully we see the landscape change

Watts vs the DoD.
They're suing the government. Interesting read. Also look at who is funding the lawsuit.
Be well and best of luck on this.

If only that shit applied to Canada.
Happy Canada Day!
But the sabbath is on Saturday...
