Remember Trump's story he told many times, he asked China's Xi, how do you handle drug dealers and he said they execute them? Then Trump himself making a statement saying that drug dealers should be executed?
Remember the media were talking about the dogs being left behind in Afghanistan? Dogs of war, known as Regiments of Renown, is a catch-all term used in the Old World to generally describe armies or bands of mercenaries from all across the Known World, fighting on behalf of anyone willing to pay their exorbitant prices.
Knowing that Trump negotiated the withdraw, knowing that Trump wanted to execute drug dealers, knowing Trump would eliminate the poppy market in order to eliminate income for the deepstate, knowing the Taliban would want to rid their country of the poppy fields like they had done on prior occasions, does it not make sense that the military equipment that was left behind was part of the deal Trump negotiated and Biden carried out.
If Biden knew that Trump negotiated the deal with the Taliban to keep the military equipment, why wouldn't Biden come out and tell the American people that it was Trump that negotiated this plan? Instead, Biden took all the heat for leaving hastily.
It means, Biden is under control by the white hat team.

I would hazard against selective biases.
It was pretty well talked about trying to blame Trump for it, talk about how it was "his plan, his fault"
Yes, but Biden never came out specifically said it was IN Trump's negotiation that the Taliban would keep the military equipment.
I think Trump's story about Xi saying they execute drug dealers and then saying he hinself thought it was a good idea was Trump's way of saying, "If you are trafficking drugs you better get out now" because he knew what was coming, the Taliban were going to do some house cleaning.
I have theorized in posts here that the equipment was part of the deal that Trump negotiated with the Taliban to allow them to destroy the C_A poppy fields and ensure that Afghanistan remains free of terrorist training camps for several months. Its never really gained any traction but I believe you are absolutely correct when you say:

Let me ask a couple questions.

There were hired mercenaries in Afghanistan, hired by the CIA to protect the poppy fields and CIA drug runners.
Remember that Trump negotiated the pullout of Afghanistan with the Taliban?
Trump Strikes a Deal Feb. 29, 2020 — U.S. and Taliban sign an agreement that sets the terms for a U.S. withdrawal.

It means this isn't Biden and this person or persons isn't going to have to face the consequences.
