Where do we draw the line? I live in New England and most mid to large metropolitan areas are flooded with illegals. My home town was being overrun by illegals back in the late 1990's when I fled. They gamed the system and benefited handsomely by not paying income taxes, impregnating their girlfriends who claim to be single to maximize welfare, WIC, baby supplies, free healthcare etc. All these babies have since grown up and work among us.
A Hispanic soccer dad I'm friendly with (he was born here) has a Guatemalan girlfriend. He calls her his "wife" but they don't wear rings, have different last names and she doesn't drive or speak good English. They both work and now have 4 VERY respectable kids. He works hard to provide for them, but if his wife is illegal and has been here for 20+ years, does that mean she still automatically gets deported?
I'm wondering if certain qualifications can allow certain folks to stay and begin the naturalization process. i.e. no criminal history, be married, prove good work ethic, get letters of recommendation, etc.
Trump said he had a plan to get the illegals out of here.
Would be nice
Honest question to be devils advocate:

The illegals are a drop in the bucket compared to the 'legal' descendants of illegals. Anchor babies
It’s called “shut down the intelligence agencies that are destabilizing the 3rd world governments and end the IMF currency slavery”.
He already got rid of a lot during his term
