It is beyond infuriating the callous disregard for the privacy of our men and women in uniform. 10 years of incompetence and nonchalance. All of those responsible should be dishonorably discharged and lose all of their military benefits!
i work in data security and deal with this at my local council every day. The amount of people who type wrong email addresses is usually due to autofill function in Outlook - luckily it's very easy to turn off and reduce these mistakes.
How the Pentagon allow these basic breaches to occur is beyond me. Must be intentional somehow.
