Every single system that exists is controlled by the Cabal (or was). My research suggests there are three different types of people who run the show in these systems:
Members of the Cabal. These are the people who are under direct control of the control system (pedophilia, "Satanism" (a misnomer, but close enough), etc.) In other words, they are agents of the Cabal, and they know perfectly well that they are agents of the Cabal.
Agents of Opposition. These are people that act as spies, or if you prefer, agents provocateur, and they know that they act as such. They purposefully make groups look "crazy," or "evil," or otherwise spread disinformation in opposition to their apparent affiliation. (The FBI's COINTELPRO is a perfect example of such a group of spies.) They don't necessarily know they are working for the Cabal, or that the Cabal exists, much less that such an organization is the real controller of their employer (though some do, and thus also fall into category one), but they know that they are spies, purposefully working contrary to their surface level affiliation.
True Believers. These are people who are controlled through directed propaganda, and by that control do exactly what they need to do to fulfill the requirements of some oppositional agency. This is where most people in any organization would fall.
In other words, all systems act as part of the Cabal network, but not that many people necessarily know what they are doing. Or, such as in this case, they know their work might not be "good," but they are doing what they are ordered to do because a) it's the military, and b) it's for "National Security."
In addition, actions are compartmentalized. If you break apart a system enough, the vast majority will have no idea the actual project that is being worked on.
Even in group one, where people are aware that they are acting on behalf of the Cabal, not everyone is necessarily doing what they are doing because they like it. I have no doubt there are plenty that do it because they have to, to play ball at all. I have a feeling that most of Q, or Q adjacent fall into this category; i.e. Insiders, working to bring down a system they know well.
We, as individuals, are "the only way". We each have to fix ourselves as needed. Until then, the cabal will appear on the stage to mirror-back to us our dominant collective beliefs.
I'd write a post on this but it would be downvoted into oblivion. Maybe some day. I'll entitle "The least popular post to ever appear on GA".... hahaha
Your statement sounds very interesting. So you don't believe in "the plan" or do you think the plan is for each of us to fix ourselves? Maybe I've questioned too much of your thoughts, but they are (to me) interesting, and you really haven't said much to this point.
"Military is the only way".... in more ways than one, apparently.

You got it Slyver.

You'll almost certainly get at least one upvote (assuming I see it).
:)
