Camera man states the guy was there to meet a 13 year old boy (rape) and smoke meth.
Camera man films guy and guy backs over the curve with his car hitting signs (go to the 7 mark to see the accident). Tries to do a hit and run. Runs out of the car and another bystandard in Ugg type boots tackles him.
Guy keeps picking and scratching his face.... Camera guy states the obvious to the police that the guy is high on meth and was here to meet a 13 year old boy and he has the accident recorded.
Filming the guy handcuffed and in the back of the police car.
Don’t forget- white women try to protect the perpetrator.

Idk. Doesn't this seem sort of contrived? Who would chase someone around a store yelling like that? Why wouldn't you just call the police? The guy didn't film anything worthwhile except the car scene, which could have been entirely avoided, and endangered others. This reminds me of the dramatic propaganda videos we saw during covid. This one does not pass the sniff test for me.
