That's exactly what is happening, kind of. I've been arguing with people about this, but I believe real declas/disclosure is coming regarding advanced tech obtained from these UFOs. I believe Trump will be prevented from running, and there will be no political avenue moving forward. I believe the whistleblowers coming forward are a part of the Q team, and that this is the contingency plan. To force congress to then force the higher ups to disclose what they really know about the UFOs and any tech obtained or relating to them. Once that happens, mass pop awakening is triggered, forcing the inevitable revolt of the people and collapse of the deep state.
