Good answer, I came here to say something very similar. I forgot, however; that President Trump didn't concede.

Normally not conceding means nothing (legally).

However in this case it means a ton. Trump believes he lost the election, as proven by his lack of conceding. Jack can't prove Trump defrauded anyone because Trump 100% believes he won the election. Everyone knows he believes it. It doesn't matter that we all believe it, as long as Trump does.
