So dangerous the American people, even a good portion of Democrats, won't shed a tear when he's removed. The perfect storm, so to speak. Not only will they then accept the evidence being presented to them as fact, they will be turn viciously on those who have lied to them for years. Not all, but enough.
Impeachment will allow evidence to be presented. Whether or not Joe is removed won't matter once he is out of office, assuming Trump or any other republican wins. Joe can be prosecuted once out of office, and the evidence could be there all wrapped up in a bow. It is not double jeopardy either since the Senate trial is not a criminal trial.
If he is removed via 25th he would have a defense during a possible later trial that he is incompetent, and get off with no punishment at all. He would however still have USSS protection, so he would be restricted in his ability to move freely and continue his criminal activity. Any evidence of his prior behavior could cause the courts to review the incompetence ruling.
Yes, but being presented by perceived partisan Republicans. If you want normies, and the left, to be able to digest it, it won't happen during an impeachment. They will tune out 100%. I absolutely agree with you that evidence could, and would, be presented. I'm just saying the people that need to see it won't watch it, due to their belief it is a partisan hit job. I thought of a fun way to get the Biden crime family and all the rest as well. Offer Joe and Hunter 1 pardon between them. One gets a pardon as long as they have the evidence on everyone else and testify against all of them. The other gets nothing. Get them both fighting each other to give up everyone else.
If their evidence brings down the rest of the family, along with the Obamas, the Clintons, Schiff, Pelosi - and all the ones that should be made to pay - that one person gets the pardon.
You could even open it up to more players and turn it into a reality show like Survivor. I'd watch that. Hell - I'd pay for that.

Possibly all that is necessary is to decertify in enough states that the remaining certified electoral votes are insufficient for Biden to have been declared the winner in the Electoral College. Which may then throw the decision to the House of Representatives...where the states vote as blocks, not according to individual Representatives.
