I did try listening only (eyes closed) for about a minute and, to my ears, this Jo Silver doesn't sound like Joan R at all whereas the woman in the outside-the-restaurant video sounds just like JR (again, to my ears). I assume you're implying that this Jo Silver could be Joan R? I didn't view/listen to the whole thing, but what I saw/heard isn't even close. Although the 6each 6lanket 6abylon angle does play into their symbolism.

Consider a couple other points in that expose video as well - (1) why was there so much footage of that "random woman", some nameless pal of big man Clyde (JR, IMO), almost as if the person getting the footage (likely from a concealed camera because at one point he tapes her being escorted to the waiting car from a tall head height) knows exactly who she is and why she's trying to avoid the other paparazzi cameras? The angle of the camera as she's escorted to her to the car has me guessing it's embedded in his eyeglasses.

And then, (2) at the end when the chauffeur asks JR's friend Clyde "Do you want to talk about it?" - that audio is coming from inside the car as you sure aren't going to hear that clarity from ten feet outside the vehicle with the windows closed. They were being surveilled both outside on the street and from inside the car as well.

I will go back and watch the entire video you provided, give it another shot and see if I can make a JR connection. Thank you for providing it as it's always interesting to explore other possibilities.
