Why is Trump such a polarizing figure?

Think about it. No one is neutral on Trump. People like us are passionate Trump supporters. Many are virulent opponents. But I know of no one who is of the mind "Trump? He's OK, I guess. " What's your experience been?
The liberal sheep are told to hate so they do as ordered. They have no idea why.
Yeah I have a relative like that who falls apart and backpedals any time he's asked to actually explain his stance as it's never deeper than some third-hand information he heard. I find that such people really get flustered if instead of asking "why do you think that" ask "so who told you to think that?"
Same experience... they refuse to watch, listen to, read, or look at any material or evidence contrary to what they are conditioned to think about him. They get agitated and aggressive when you attempt to pierce the veil for them.
You also have those who don't want anyone to get in the way of their "happy", perfect little life- those who don't do anything politically, and won't get involved in any way (voting, etc), as politics are "too ugly" and "I just want to be happy and live my life". Those people are the most insidious of all, and I just happen to live with one...
This kind of person may not be interested in politics, but politics are VERY INTERESTED in them.
Hurts their feelings.
Yeah,,,, it’s so f@&$ing frustrating.
I call people like that NPCs. No inner dialogue that forces them to question their actions or the environment in which they live.
