That’s true of every government agency. Most jobs are advertised for US Citizens only. The hypocrisy of this government is astounding.
You misspelled "regime"
SpaceX deals in rockets and hiring non US citizens is a violation of international arms trafficking laws
It's that 'DO AS I SAY, NOT AS I DO' mentality the Left loves so dearly.
They created a department composed entirely of lawyers, and gave them a 40 billion dollar budget. What did they think was going to happen? And not even good lawyers either, they are the lawyers that have to get guaranteed work from the government, because they can't stand on their own and build their own practice.
Don't give them any ideas though about changing it!
Yup. This feels like a bit of a setup to do exactly that.

H1b are mostly communists
Well let’s think about why there are so many civilian contractors attached to the government? Hmmmmm
It wouldn’t be so they don’t have to answer to FOIA requests now would it?
Hmmmmmmmm
This wouldn’t be due to protecting any over site from anyone as they are a private company now would it?
Hmmmmmmm
Nooooooo….. our government wouldn’t do that now would it.
Well, here in FL now, ANY business with more than 25 employees is required to use the Fed govt's e-Verify IRS link when hiring candidates to make sure they're legally allowed to work in the U.S. This was something DeSantis signed into FL law that took effect 8/1/2023.
As a result, we've had a wave of skilled labor workers flee the state in droves.
For construction work and unskilled labor such as housekeeping/maid jobs, fast food/restaurant service, etc, I feel this is a bad idea. But for the aerospace and aeronautics industries, especially for companies like SoaceX, LockheedMartin, Grumman, our Federal Ports like Port Canaveral, Port Everglades, or the oil refineries in Tampaand such where a Secret Clearance and/or above is required, this policy makes sense.
We don't need foreign nationals who may be adversarial working anywhere near sensitive areas.
The Fed Govt requires clearances and extensive background checks just to even apply for these sensitive work positions, so how in theeeee Hell is it now an issue with DOJ???
These retards make me look like a genius.
Only a treasonous DOJ would sue a company for focusing on hiring citizens.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6m2m_9Uijso John Farnham & Melbourne Symphony Orchestra -** Your the voice**
THE VOICE! (well, at least in Australia) We know THE VOICE here in the USA is Steve Perry. But still, John can sing his ass off.
If SpaceX is a federal contractor that requires US security clearances Top Secret DOD or Q DOE, then the applicant/employee must be a US Citizen.
DOJ can go fuck itself, this is political targeting.
This is freaking Crazy! It is almost like the movie has become an absurd comedy.......perhaps?
B. F. O. Q. To wit: Bona Fide Occupational Qualification, the way around any hiring quotas. If SpaceX is or wants to be a US government contractor with cleared personnel, US citizenship is a BFOQ.
Not just the SOJ but the DoD too. At least most agencies I within the DoD. I know this from first hand experience.
the DOJ has probably let illegals and non-citizens into their ranks already, and just want to get other agencies and government contracted NGOs to do the same
The whole executive branch; Barry Sotero, I’m looking at you…
