GW remaining in the school should be a red flag to anyone. The full extent of the attack was not known but they were perfectly happy to leave the Commander in Chief alone so he could read books to children. Really?
Shouldn't he be taking an active part in the response? Were nukes on the way? It was almost as if he already knew what was going to happen and he had just been told that it was going according to plan.
This is what makes me think Bush Jr. wasn’t actually in on it, but they did it behind his back. Otherwise why would he sign off on this? Rumsfeld was out on the Pentagon lawn helping victims like a hero. That sounds like the kind of set up someone might choose for themselves.
But zoning out in front of a classroom of children while holding a storybook in my hands? Why would anyone choose that? Especially as The President? Wouldn’t you choose something badass and cool?
Instead they infantilized him and humiliated him. So odd. To me it feels like a parent giving his kid a spanking and then a time out and telling him to go sit at the kid’s table and think about who’s in charge.
If true, this could explain the theory that Bush Jr. flipped and that’s why the nod after Jeb! received the letter.
OK, but if I had been President and my country had just been attacked, as per GW's announcement, then I would want to know exactly what was happening and have some influence over the response. A quick word in my ear would not have cut it.
I think he was in shock and trying to figure out if he was set up. To me it looks like he is playing back conversations he had with Cheney and Rumsfeld and Bush Sr. and suddenly seeing how it all fit. And it looks like he is also realizing that he’s the patsy of his own administration and he isn’t running shit. So there’s no rush to do anything because he’s irrelevant.
If he was in on it, then he would have known it was coming, and he would have worked out beforehand how he was going to respond. To me it doesn’t make sense that he would have intentionally chosen to zone out in front of children. Is there any explanation why he would choose to humiliate himself like that?
His cousins were at the security firm working on the elevator shafts, etc. in the months leading up to 9/11 (it’s in this documentary). He knew, he even let the word “bomb” accidentally come out of his mouth at the White House. His daddy promised we’d be in the NWO…
Right, but my theory is that Bush Sr. was behind it, along with Cheney and Rumsfeld and Saudi Arabia and Mossad. So Bush Sr. talking NWO fits because he was in on it. Those cousins would fit because of Bush Sr. Cheney fits because of where he was placed on the day. Rumsfeld fits because of where he was placed on the day. The Saudis fit because that’s where the hijackers were from. Mossad fits because of the Dancing Israelis.
But Bush Jr. looking like a dope as part of a plan he was in on? That doesn’t make sense to me. It actually reminds me of e-mails in the DNC Leaks where Chelsea Clinton is looking at the books for the Clinton Foundation and telling people that the numbers don’t make sense, which tipped me off that at that point she really thought it was a charity, not a money laundering front. And that would mean the Clintons, when raising her, didn’t reveal that they were criminals, but instead pretended to be philanthropists. Based on that, I suspect many corrupt people in Washington hide their corruption from their children, and Bush Sr. might have done the same with Bush Jr.
I think Bush Jr. zoning out on 9/11 was him figuring out that he had just been set up.
Avoid scaring the children? Please. As if they care. Even if they did, they could have just said, "The President has to leave on urgent business." Might have confused the kids for 5 minutes and then they would have gotten on with their day and forgotten about it by recess. Take it from me, I'm an elementary school teacher.
I do think this was a reasonable point. However, I lean towards sun_wolf's observation that they did it behind his back. There was a bit of a "holy shit, they really did it" look on his face.
It is so very confusing. That day changed a lot for me. My now husband got called up and for two weeks, it was trips to the armory every day and then he left on my birthday. I drove to my friend's house and got really drunk that night and not in a fun way. More sitting in the chair and staring at the ground.

You're talking about george dubya.. he's about as sharp as a marble. Even a retard can be psyop'd.

The very reasonable explanation was to avoid scaring the children he was reading to.
