I think Brunson was the dude that filed a lawsuit about the election, and it was filed in such a way that the Supreme Court had to consider it because there were multiple states involved. They had a clever legal angle but the case didn't get accepted for consideration by SCOTUS. I stopped following it but I think they were revamping their approach for additional attempts.
