We bought a counter-top distiller a while back and distill our own water. If I ever get a can of this stuff we will distill it and see what is left behind.
You probably wouldn't be able to see anything left behind unless the water is extremely dirty. You'd need a mass spectrometer to analyze the residue.

need to check into it we’re close to the Missouri can just imagine what’s in our water. can you get by with just distilled water? would imagine so, but not sure.
As far as I know, distilled water is fine as long as you get your minerals from salts and such. u/PepeSee (hope that tag works!) knows about it. He replied to a similar post I had a few weeks ago.
thanks! And that’s what I was wondering about; if I need to pay attention to the salts, etc. I like to keep balanced otherwise feel a bit off, which is not an option anymore;)
