There is another clip of this zoomed slightly out that shows a couple more press participants to the right. They look partly amused but also show worry about the crowd reaction they are witnessing.
I think we need lots of buses available for those who want to work. Get them all on board and give them a shovel. Send them to some wasteland out west where a lot of dirt and rocks need to be moved. Set up a kitchen and tents. If they don't like the shovel work, hold the buses, fill them up with those who are unhappy, and drive them back where they came from. Have a boat ready for the Africans.
