Thanks for the link. That was a really cool article.
I don't think it made a convincing argument against a female president, though. Much of it was based on things that happened with monarchs 400-500 years ago. It really can't compare to modern day women in a democracy.
There are many countries with female rulers today that are not war prone. Anyway, looking at what male presidents have done, it's not like they went screaming away from war and conflict.
I agree, things have changed greatly in modern history, and look at the men who have been responsible for starting wars over the last century or two. I would be very supportive of a female candidate if they show themselves to be a serious benefit to our country, which is why I suggested Kari Lake above. I like her style!
Article IV Section 4 of the Constitution states that we have a REPUBLICAN form of government, not a democracy.
A democracy is MOB rule where the minority does not have a voice.
A republic is a form of democracy. It's a representational democracy. What you're talking about with mob rule is called a direct democracy.
The United States is a representative democracy. This means that our government is elected by citizens. Here, citizens vote for their government officials. These officials represent the citizens' ideas and concerns in government. -USCISdotgov
That's from the US government Citizenship and Immigration Services. It helps explain things like what a representative democracy is to immigrants. They have some very easy to understand booklets and quiz sheets, if you're interested in learning more about it.
Our Constitution CLEARLY states what kind of government we have, Article IV, Section 4 - READ IT.
The Citizenship and Immigration Services is NOT our government.
NO WHERE in the Constitution is democracy even mentioned.
What part of the Constitution do you not understand?
I want to add that if you give these people who are trying to destroy our country an inch, they will take a mile. Democracy by any other name is still MOB rule. Don't give them an inch!!!
There are many forms of democracy. A republic is one form of democracy. Saying a republic isn’t a democracy is like saying a Chevy isn’t a truck because it is a Chevy.
More precisely, our republic is formed through a democratic process. They are overlapping concepts. You could have a republic formed by random lottery, for example. But the terms republic and democracy are not mutually exclusive.
Exactly. I wish I knew why people have started saying that the US is not a democracy. It's like one day I got online and into some chatrooms and suddenly everyone was jumping on anyone who said the US was a Democracy.
It concerns me that so many US citizens don't really understand the basic concept of Democracy and are now showing a lot of anger and scorn when someone talks about Democracy.
I want to see it compared to all the wars we've had under males.
Here's a hint: By volume, men have waged more war. Or, well, pussies who masquerade as men backed by men.
Best person for the job. If my choice was Kari Lake or Obama term #4, then God would have to smite me I guess if he'd rather I be a part of putting our country through this even more.
Not giving any credence to the comment about God, but I do remember reading that female rulers are more likely to cause conflict or get into a war.

Kari could play the role of Deborah.

Remind me how many men in Congress are following directions from the cabal.
According to the posts I read here, it looks like almost all of them.
Oh really?? But not the men?
Your post just reveals a closet women hater. Your name says it all.
