Yeah, it really does need to be lethal. Im not saying this sadistically. Im saying this strategically. They're either going to learn very fast that stealing is a horrible idea or there will be a purge of those who really have no business in this country.
You see, the only reason you want to kill a thief is because the evidence of their crime is clear cut and easy to see, but when it comes to people like Klaus Schwab or Bill gates where the evidence is murky, you're willing to let them walk.
Force in defense of one's life, family, and property has long been an accepted response. Only modern sympathy for criminals had changed that.
Theft is a small murder. The victim cannot recover the time and effort, that piece of their life, that was put into the stolen object, nor the future losses that often result.
No one needs to steal. Ever. If they choose to steal a portion of another's life, it is acceptable that they are risking their own lives.
100% this. If you think theft is just a taking of a piece of candy, you are sorely mistaken. We own a small business, theft can mean that our family has to do without so we can make up the deductible on insurance. Also so we can pay the rising insurance rate. Plus, we have had a few break ins. We have to spend time and money from our family cleaning up broken glass, replacing stolen items, and the feeling of being violated, intruded upon...
I have a friend who had their car stolen. It was returned, even after the police "cleaned it", with drug needles, drugs, etc hidden all over it. They couldn't use the car again. Couldn't put their kids in it. Had to sell it and buy another car... at what cost? It wasn't a straight across swap.
House break ins.. man, I'll kill anyone who breaks in. I don't care if you needed a drug fix or jewelry or what, but you're dead. The violating feeling, the loss of personal money/time/security, yea, theft is a small murder to me. I think thieves should be dead if caught. I hate that I have to teach my kids that it'll happen to them at some point, because our society sucks. It sucks. Punishment of getting shot CERTAINLY DOES fit the crime.
I've argued the same thing to brain dead liberals. I don't understand why people think putting someone into debtor's prison (another way of looking at having to work years to make up for the losses) is perfectly acceptable.
The comment I responded laid out a blanket statement of “Don’t steal.” The point I made is that we live in country of due process where punishment fits the crime. To be more specific, the law usually distinguishes between theft and robbery, but it’s up to each state law. Robbery involves things like a risk of violence or victims having fear.
Moving on, I’d like to ask a question.
No one needs to steal. Ever. If they choose to steal a portion of another's life, it is acceptable that they are risking their own lives.
What do you mean by stealing in this statement?
All theft in all places, at all times, regardless of value
It’s interesting the responses I got by advocating for the constitution. Apparently the circle jerk hive mind doesn’t like what I said.
Now tell us what is Constitutional under Martial Law..
Laws without enforcement are nothing so I get the point and agree. If states or precincts don’t enforce laws or do things wrong then federal correction is good. I hope that the president can go one step further beyond restoring order with martial law and fix the system that allowed the escalation of looting to happen.
they are destroying stores. they are not just shop lifting a scarf. they are going into these stores in hoards, destroying and stealing everything in their path. not talking about one poor soul stealing a loaf of bread, talking about psycho's in large numbers.
But they aren't just stealing. It's the mass undermining of one of the basics of civilization. Having stores selling goods that we all need. They are literally destroying civilization.
Ok then so . . . if you're going to kill a thief, what are you going to do to a person like Fauci? Put him up in a luxury hotel and give him a nice warm bubble bath?
Non-lethal shot maybe? Like bean bags out of a shotgun?

Back in the '70s riots people were getting shot all the time...Guess What...The rioters quieted down...
Don't you think there are much more worse people in the world than thieves? Why do you let them go scot-free?
You see, the only reason you want to kill a thief is because the evidence of their crime is clear cut and easy to see, but when it comes to people like Klaus Schwab or Bill gates where the evidence is murky, you're willing to let them walk.
A lethal shot for stealing would violate the eighth amendment. The punishment doesn’t fit the crime.

A little extreme just for stealing something don't you think? Rubber bullets can be very painful without killing someone.
Stealing a horse was a hanging offense. Probably is still on the books in some States.
