I don’t know of any regulation for wrinkles on flags. The people responsible most likely have no idea wtf wrinkle flag means. Just pull new flag out of package and lay it over casket. Why would a traitor even get a flag in the first place. Why is there need for cloak and dagger shanagins. Who would say anything if there was no flag in the first place. Who’s responsible for the flag. Maybe they’re just lazy af. I never bought the wrinkle flag theory. But military is about attention to detail. But it could just also be the ones responsible (color guard ect) believed they were traitors and decided not to iron the new flag. But seriously traitors deserve no flag or honor of any kind. Clod and dagger or not.
