The governor is not the arbiter of state election laws. That's the job of the state legislature and that comes as a vote in the legislature. But hey Commiefornia am I right?
It takes the Senate and House of Representatives of a state to make laws, the Governor signs them into law. Three arms of government are needed to make the system work. Don't blame Newsome alone for this deed. The entire California legislature needs to be pointed at, also.
So, Congress decertifies the Cal. vote as illegal, and it will not be counted in the 2024 election. We are ok with that.
