IMHO, this isn't the time or way in which PDJT returns to the Oval Office.

Many RINOs don't actually care what their constituents think because they've have been installed rather than elected and likely believe that process will continue. Others, who might care, have been blackmailed into their actions. And others actually believe their views and actions are correct.

While the proposed methodology might seem like the easiest/slyest way to get things done, it's not how things work and attempting it would be detrimental in a strategic sense.

Aside from the issue of whether an illegitimate pResident can legally be impeached, PDJT opportunistically impeaching FJB and Kameltoe as Speaker would be akin to FJB's current persecution of PDJT via lawfare since FJB is PDJT's political rival. (It would also be a banana republic, dictatorial move and would further inflame the Dems and never-Trumpers, this guaranteeing their undying TDS and animosity).

And, even if the House were to impeach FJB and Kameltoe, they won't successfully be removed because the Senate probably won't impeach and remove FJB and Kameltoe in ANY case (other than in install other Dems), but especially not if it would return PDJT to the Oval Office.

It would also put PDJT in the midst of virtually the same sh-tshow situation he experienced when he was in the Oval office. While the House might be able to undertake investigations and cut funding for a bunch of things, TRULY "getting things done" to "take control of this country" requires the support of the whole of Congress (which is currently split) and/or the Executive (who'd just veto legislation or issue Executive Orders to undue whatever "progress" the House made).
