Hamas' HQ is/was in the basement of Gaza's largest hospital, for example....Hamas, on the other hand, targeted a surprise terror attack on civilian kabbutzes and that rave. There's no comparison between that and the difficulty anyone would have in getting at legit military targets that hide behind granny.
