Probably depends on specific jurisdiction, but it seems to be literally luring, ordering, coercing someone under the age of consent into a building or other structure (?) out of the public view. Also applies to developmentally disabled.
Personally, I am pleased to see this get charged because this is happening more and more frequently in schools as the leftist cultural decay spreads.
Surely this is wrong? Surely only men can be predators, women are caring and nurturing, and protective; they would never sexually assault a child especially not another female, if lesbians were pedophiles then I would have heard about it on the news.
There are thousands of kids in school that have predators like this perpetrating these crimes every day. These kids' friends know what is happening. Most times multiple victims step forward and it only takes one to start the ball rolling. I hope more kids can be brave enough to speak out. Even if they just talk to their friends so much more will come out and be stopped.
