Means that the trials will take place in a county that's not the county being accused of election rigging. Which is actually a very logical thing.
Or bumped up to SCOTUS? Justice Clarence Thomas presides over GA in 11th circuit.
Seems like it was filed in a state court, so federal courts wouldn't be involved. (But the guy doesn't specifically say that in so many words, just that the cases this ruling applies to were filed in response to state-brought cases in state court.)

Good question! But we'll pretend for a while longer. And maybe the judges elected under one rigger can be objective about a different rigger.
