I have an answer for that, but perhaps you won't think it's a good answer: it's the infinite universe view vs a finite world view. The infinite universe view relentlessly tells people how small and insignificant they are, vs a finite world, created specifically for us, by God. The cabal doesn't want people to embrace God or value their lives. Not necessarily my beliefs, but that would be part of the reason for the deception.
This is the answer. The devil is very good at what he does. Perhaps the 2nd most powerful entity possible. But he is a deceiver and we know this. GOD LETS HIM EXIST as a test. Free will and discernment are the greatest gifts. Know what they are and learn how to use them.
No coincidence that Copernicus came up with his theories at the same time as Luther was challenging Catholic theology. Jesuits and freemasons continued to push the space theory. Then came the "Enlightenment" and Darwin...
It's a good answer, but it can go both ways: People don't like feeling small and insignificant, so they ignore reality and embrace that which validates them as special.

Valid point!
