Same way anyone knows they had anything, like a cold or the flu. It was definitely different from anything I had ever had. I was absolutely exhausted, off and on fever, completely lost taste and smell, my blood oxygen was down in the low 90s.
This type of question gets tiresome. No I didn't isolate the virus. It was during what they called delta.
I had the bioweapon, whether it is called covid or something else doesn't matter. Maybe it was vax shedding who knows. But, I do know it felt like nothing I had ever had. My brother who like myself and all of us here asked the same type of questions until he got it a couple weeks later, then he was like holy shit this is rough.
If you are going to ask this kind of question, why don't you post your hypothesis along with the question, the question on its own is not helpful.
When I was a kid every scrape or cut we got was cleaned, iodined and bandaged. Iodine hurt like heck when applied. Kids had to blow it dry it as fast as possible to avoid crying.
From what I've read, sea salt doesn't have enough minerals to even consider it a valuable source of minerals. Redmond's locks like it's from Utah. Sold in health stores. I wonder how it compares to sea salt in terms of minerals
Sea salt has a lot of trace minerals in it. It's usually the processing that goes into making table salt that removes those trace minerals.
Redmond's is an (ancient) sea salt too. Also good are Celtic and Himalayan pink salt.
Mediterranean sea salt is also not bad though it's much harder to find analysis sheets for in a pinch.
Honestly, you really can't go wrong with sea salt in general. But table salts are allowed to have anticaking agents and are higher in sodium chloride. Also to some people, including me, taste very metallic.
Sea food (including weeds like kelp) actually contains a lot of iodine. Also eggs. Eggs have a pretty solid source of iodine.
You know, those things they tried to get people not to eat.
Kelp, konbu, nori, seaweed in general is full of iodine. So here in Japan despite everyone eating tofu and other soybean products, the iodine protects the thyroid from soy. Vegans in the West, being the pussies they are, worship the soybean but do not get enough iodine. Thus, they suck.
Iodized salt has less appeal as a flavoring agent, so more stores tend to stock sea salt or other kosher salt that doesn't have as many additives and a better flavor.
You can still find it. If you're willing to add to Bezos' dragon hoard, you can get a 25 pound bag of it for $46, and I'm sure you can find it for a bit more if you can find a direct distributor other than the Bezos hoard.
Just got my potassium iodide crystals & elemental iodine crystals. A 10% Lugols solution:
You need-
16.9 grams elemental iodine crystals
33.7 grams potassium iodide crystals
118ml of distilled water
DO NOT USE METAL TO STIR OR STORE
Dissolve iodide in water. Stir until dissolved. Stir in iodine. Let sit overnight. Use colored glass to store. This formula is percentage scalable up or down. You can change the amounts keeping a 2 (potassium iodide) to 1 (iodine), adjusting water to arrive at % desired.
16.9 gr/(16.9 gr + 33.7 gr + 118 ml) = 0.10 or (10 %)
I also remember when you fell and were cut my mom painted me with some red stuff. Was that iodine? I forgot the name of it but they got rid of that too.
probably mercurochrome; pretty potentially nasty stuff, but perhaps when JUST on surface cuts, the mercury in it wouldn't be a problem, but there were some pretty dangerous things they used to do before finding out how bad it was, like lead in paint, high-power x-rays for exams, etc.
That has worked for me for the last 4 years, I haven't been sick. But you have to take it at the first sign of symptoms.
zinc/quecetin, didnt help me, started it with D anC, zelenko protocol ended up getting covid after 2 weeks.
not saying ot doesnt work, but didnt work for me. that was 2021.
gained natural immunity haven't been sick with anything since.
Fyi Quercetin is poorly soluble and hence bioavailable, unless its taken with Bromelain.
is that a newer discovery? I was following zelenko, he didnt mention it. not saying you are wrong, just looking for info.
Your eyes open a bit wider.

iodine and Flouride compete for receptions. Iodine = healthy and intelligent population

Mercurichrome. It stung too.
I remember that.
Fond memories.
I take either lugols or nascent iodine almost daily (for immune health and cancer survivor)
Get Redmond’s salt instead.
Far more minerals you can actually absorb, including iodine.

Mineral analysis
i've been having to seek it out. most on the shelf is 'sea salt' or just table salt with no iodine. used to be all of it was.

Do you have a recommendation for amount used as treatment against this......illness?
Garlics been working great for me to prevent cold.

Are you serious? Asking for a PhD MD friend (me). We use it in our homeopathic & naturopathic clinic daily. Skin absorbtion to test for deficiency. Orally to supplement. So you can educate yourself in a "off the shelf" way, read these: https://www.lugolsnaturals.com/pages/iodine-101 https://www.drugs.com/pro/lugols-strong-iodine-solution.html

Organic cannabis Rick Simpson oil.
I remember iodine.

Mertiolate is what I remembered. Stung as well.
I don't remember that name.
I had a thyroid issue and I had to take a drop of iodine in juice every morning for 6 months to fix it.
Oh trust me it burnt.
I fell off my bike and had cinders all through my knee and my mom painted it on me and I was screaming.

Maybe that was it or was it iodine?
Thanks for the reminder on the iodine. Somebody else had posted some thing about this week or so ago and I forgot to purchase some.
