Unfortunately, you're right. With the all the illegals, rise in gang violence, rampant drug use, and other things, folks will be begging for Martial Law. This is the Ordo ab Cao many of us learned about live in action. Most folks wouldn't even question it if it occurred a Trump Presidency.
