It involved an ad placed by the Army or the government in general, seeking places that had underground basements and tunnels to be used for training purposes.
Close, but I recall the precise conversation being about ads placed in papers and online, actively seeking tunnels and underground facilities for military training purposes.
You can run it on your own hardware if you have the means. Otherwise you’d be limited to software as a service platforms like open ai.
I don’t know how OP did it but you can run stable diffusion with addons on your pc if you have a gtx 2060 or higher (or whatever the amd equivalent is)
