Definitely reminiscent of the LA Raid video. Little Birds come in hot and fast and secure the ground and the MH-60 delivers the Rangers via fast rope or ground load. Would love to see more video of what they were doing.
Training in occupied, urban areas is very high risk, low reward. It's one thing for them to fly through a city at building level, even landing on a building for a trainex. If those birds landed then it likely wasn't a training mission. See LA Raid video.
The 3rd one looks like an H60 Blackhawk. The first two are much smaller; my local PD flies something similar-looking. What say you, fellow planefags?
Reporting in, First two look like MH-6 little birds. Over
Deffo "Little birds" the first two, followed by a UH60.

That might be a training exercise but given this time period it could be a building up of something more in the region.
It's 160th doing their thing. They have taken to training in metro areas in recent years.
