So many people are wishing me "Happy Holidays" I'm sick of it. This year I have been looking them in the eyes, smiling and saying Merry Christmas to you too.
It's sad, how many folks will act relieved they are "allowed" to say Merry Christmas if you say it first.
I find it encouraging that people are relived, when you say Merry Christmas and so they are allowed to say it back.
It at least shows, they are against the Liberal World Order's bullshit, to some degree, in their heart, even if they aren't brave enough to oppose it openly.
Yep. These are the people that will turn around and be on our side in an instant when we reach a critical mass of momentum away from the cabal's bullshit.
It's like we're steering the herd.
I just don't get upset by that, if they don't celebrate it or whatever I'm just happy to have people trying to be positive during the holiday season and wishing people have a good one.
I have yet to have anyone in person get offended at me when I wish them a Merry Christmas, even if they don't celebrate it, probably for the same reasons.
You make a good point and a positive point. I believe the shop owners probably tell them to use "Happy Holidays" as well. Thanks.
Yup. Ask them what holiday are they buying presents for. And it's not a holiday tree.
One of the things I've noticed in recent books and from academia is the removal of B.C.
This means Before Christ.
They now call it B.C.E. for Before Common Era.
They are actively trying to change the written word and dialogue on history to remove Christ. Don't ever think they aren't.
MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!! ππ»πΆπ»ππ
yeah but even so what they call the "common era" is remarkably coinciding with the birth of a certain person
Theyβre trying to confuse us at every turn. Man can be a woman, no such thing as gender, untested vaccine is good for your health.
Oh and that calendar of yours? Based on nothing at all.
True, but commies play the long game. In a couple generations, IF they have their way, no one will remember B.C. They won't have any idea it meant Before Christ. They will then make up a whole new reason why the "Common Era" started.
That's their plan. Always has been. Remove Christ.
Not Gonna Happen!

Good question to ask is, "what the fuck is a common era and how did it start 2000 years ago and we didn't think in 2000 years to change it to something else?"
That very question I asked to myself is one of a couple factors that made me turn back to Christ so many years ago. Don't ever discount it as a silly little saying. Great meme!
Yea, I find it pretty absurd to think that the most famous person in existence, by such a monumentally large margin, was really just some carpenter that got deified by a bunch of low-IQ half-wits who group-hallucinated Him being alive after His death.
You can believe what you want, God respects that right. Just one thought- something happened a little over 2000 years ago. Something big enough to change how we count our history, and can be corroborated throughout the world with astronomical observations.
I think you may have missed my meaning? Or maybe I'm missing yours.
My point is that Jesus Christ is clearly much more than some random carpenter based on the fact that 2000 years later He's the most popular/famous man in existence.
Gotcha, Fren!
That reminds me...I should start working on my beard...
Is anyone curious or done research into our altered timeline, the Gregorian calendar, dark ages, and how our calendar may be off by hundreds of years?
I don't have anything solid but wondering what other anons have dug up.
Yes, I'm very curious, as a newish Christian and as a believer in The Great Awakening. I've done some research, but it's manly been "research" through my lived experience in the past 3 years and a lot of time spent on /pol/ trying to discern the truth.
I'm pretty convinced that our timeline has been obscured and changed to hide something in humanity's past and all of it is "biblical", especially when you look into who the puppet masters are.....hint is "Israel for last".
I wrote a novel long response to your question, mainly comprised of questions about TGA, Christianity, and "what if". Decided to shorten it to this response instead.
I love (not really it's stupid) when they say "common era" and "before common era" because it's an admission that the denotation of the common era is predicated on the birth of Jesus Christ.
Excellent !!!
Christmas is not some sort of thousand year old tradition.
Here in England up until say 250 years ago the majority of the population were peasant subsistence farmers in relatively isolated communities. None of them would have recognised a festival named Christmas on 25 December.
Which is not to say that they did not celebrate - some who were educated (not likely) would have heard the story of Jesus Christ, whereas others would celebrate the winter solstice in a festival according to local traditions. And I do mean local as there were no easy transport links and a journey of several miles to the next town would have been considered an expedition.
At this time of the year there is not much you can do as a peasant farmer. If you were lucky enough to have animals then animal husbandry would continue but agriculture obviously not happening. They had time on their hands, it's dark and cold, so a good incentive to celebrate something.
The Industrial Revolution changed all that. Capitalism needed workers in factories and it was somewhat inconvenient having a ragtag collection of holidays clustered sometime around the solstice. Over time they chose one particular day December 25 to close the factories instead of workers randomly being absent.
