Well that would be babies of color- - a certain color. In other words a black baby or child. Thus Ebony. It’s like if a state put out a Snow White Alert, thus identifying the child as “white” but that would be racist
So by that naming "logic", wouldn't an amber alert be for Asians? Ebony alert for blacks. Vanilla alert for whites. Latinx alert for Latinos. Potatoe alert for Biden. And so on.
