Everyone I know is unhappy. Everyone I know is stressed to the point of sickness. Everyone I know has an extremely pessimistic view of the future. Even people who have been done well in recent years seem to know that progress is unsustainable.
Everywhere I look I see people who are cold and jaded, people who's hearts have become hardened by the cruelty of modern life. It's especially true for the women. College age girls have been abused by the world, unprotected by the men in their lives. It's just sad. The men tend to take it on the chin but there's no real happiness or fulfillment there either. Many waste away playing video games. They give up on the dream of having a wife and kids and a home of their own. Some work dead-end jobs just to survive, even though they'd quietly prefer not to.
I wouldn't say I'm being overly negative here. Everything's subject to change; but this is what I see every day, over and over again. Humanity is being tortured by this system. We truly weren't meant for this.
The world is a mess because of sin and wickedness. God no longer has a place in our homes, our schools, our communities or our countries.
For those of us that have accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior we know that He gives us strength, hope and peace of mind. We still live in the same troubled world, but we have the Lord to guide our footsteps and we know that life in this world is but a grain of sand on a very large beach.
For those that have not accepted Jesus Christ, I would highly recommend it before it is too late. Yes, the atheists will criticize you and say that God is not real but once you experience the difference that Jesus makes in your life, you will never want to leave or forsake Him. He loves you very much and wants to spend eternity with you if you will only accept His free gift of salvation. God bless.
That sums it up. The only way out of suffering is through God - always has been. Before this was realized by those at the very bottom of society. Now it's dawning on everyone.
I've thought about that a lot. I just personally really struggle to accept the notion that modern Christianity is the answer. I think religion needs to be more than just knowing about a historical event and being enthusiastic about it. We're really missing a cosmology here, something that considers everything.
Christianity is a hard thing for the dead spirit to accept.
The notion is this.
Sin is in the world.
Sin is weaved into the fabric of our existence.
Sin brought for us instant spiritual death and also brought physical decay leading to eventual physical death.
Sin is unacceptable to the nature of the Righteous and Holy Creator God.
Therefore we are separated (dead) spiritually from our Creator.
So far you may be agreeable to the above axioms.
Where our dead spirit and flesh really gets irritated is when we get to talking about solutions. God's holiness is a difficult concept to grasp and accept. We like to make God a little better than us and call that perfection and holiness, but it is a difference of incalculable magnitude. Describing his holiness vs our sinfulness as a distance so vast it is as likely for you to reach the Holy Creator God at His level as it is for you to travel yourself to the Andromeda galaxy in one of Elon Musk's rockets within your human lifetime is still far beneath an accurate description of this divide. And this chafes at the sinner's innate pride and arrogance because we want to be able to and even think we ought to be able to do something to get ourselves closer to God's holiness by making up for our shortcomings (sins). Most religions in this world have something to do with overcoming or own shortcomings through performing some how.
Now to Christianity, we see a different approach entirely. God seeing man (created in God's image) is beset by innate sin handed down the generations by Adams original sin, decides he is not content to allow His image bearer to be cursed to forever be separated from Him. Instead He sends a Savior (Jesus) to earth as a human (born of Mary who was a virgin) whom while sinless would be willingly subjected to the final penalty of sin (physical and spiritual death). His blood thus shed as the perfect sacrifice is laid over the mercy seat in heaven and acts for those who have faith (also given them by the grace of our Lord via the Holy Spirit) are redeemed spiritually and saved from the eternal punishment of being separated from God. How does this occur? Well that blood on the mercy seat in heaven is without sin but it was shed in receiving our punishment thus God can be fully holy and equate to those whom have believed and trusted the holiness and perfection of Jesus Christ (his death and resurrection) as we are covered by the blood of Christ's sacrifice.
If you look in the old testament you will see this story has been consistently foretold in the sacrificial system setup for Adam, Noah, Abraham and finally codified for Israel. It all points to someone else needing to pay the price of our sinfulness. This price was paid and the prophesies all fulfilled by Jesus Christ.
The response of the redeemed soul whom had received salvation would naturally be thankfulness and devotion. It is not the thankfulness and devotion that saves the Christian, the salvation was entirely and only Jesus work and the Holy Spirit awakening your heart to the truth wherein you believed. However these and other fruits should naturally follow along in the life of the person whom had been redeemed. As our Master should now and forever more be Christ and our life should reflect that in every aspect. This is the journey that comes after the gift of salvation for the Christian.
Christianity is not about a historical event. It is knowing the one true living God and having a personal relationship with that God who created you and wants what's best for you but you have to seek Him, not things. Prior to Christ, every god was distant, aloof, and unknowable. The Christian God asks us to be His children! Not mere creatures or things. The God of all creation wants nothing more than for you you seek and love Him, so He can bestow His gifts upon you.
It's NEOBBA...
Paul himself, writer of most of the Newer Testament, stated IF Christ is not raised, we are the biggest fools ever.
I'm not talking about Christianity itself, I just mean the form of it most people are familiar with. It seems like the way Christianity is taught makes it seem irrelevant for a lot of people. It's gotten very watered down and also not intellectually rigorous enough to compete with secular ideas.
One of, if not the best book in the world to read to help you understand Christianity, the nature of God and His word, and the validation of who Jesus Christ was and IS, is the book “ I Don’t Have Enough Faith To Be An Atheist”. I’ve read it about 5 times and I wish I could articulate it verbatim to those with whom I discuss God. It’s an amazing read. Available on Amazon.
Agreed! If you are not offended by the tone or title, it is a really enjoyable read!
Its crazy that the whole world is basically at war and broke and we think we're evolving
Absolutely. There's a huge connection between war and evolution. War is a competition and competition tends to make people think about power more than wisdom. Sometimes power is detrimental to wisdom. Our whole modern project is about empowering humanity at the expense of God.
It’s always been like that. We’re just realizing it’s never stopped.
We're currently in a slave system.
We're currently asleep and blinded from the truth.
We're currently in the dark.
The govt, medical and educational institution, the entire system wants to kill us and harm our kids.
Even the richest person with money, yacht, whatever they want, is unhappy to the point they keep buying, consuming, looking for satisfaction and love all in the wrong places.
Personally, I'm not rich. I'm middle class (who knows how long that will last), no kids, still struggling, but I'm okay. I feel grateful everyday for my loved ones, for my health, for not getting jabbed, for not being an idiot, and most of all I'm happy because I know I'm a child of God and Jesus loves me. At home we pray together everyday, read The Bible, sing and worship, and somehow, there's something supernatural happening in our lives the past 2 years because we're receiving blessings from all corners. For example, the other day my mom felt like having carrot cakes, and that afternoon out of the blue her friend came to visit and brought her carrot cake. Little things like that is just amazing. God is good. Rejoice in his name and watch your life change.
If God is with us, who can be against us?
In the Bible, the word righteousness appears 540 times, faith appears 340 times, and Do Not Fear appears 365 times for every day of the year.
And we should all be super excited living in such a special time of great awakening - so much to uncover, witness, and pray for. Harvest time is high. If you see people down, low energy, hopeless, Pray for them. Help them. This is our duty now. To help one another and reach a new level of enlightenment / awareness.
I agree and I often sit back and say to myself, “damn this way we are living sure is unhealthy” (stressed, mad, sad, etc)…but for the time being I really don’t know how to make it all change…hopefully this shit just has to run it’s course and soon we’ll all be back in the good, fun, happy, and healthy times. This year seems like it is one of those “do or die” times….gonna be very interesting.
It’s because the fucking dimwits like those of Reddit accept the evil being pushed on them with open arms. Most young people think it’s cool and the hip thing to do. Most worship and consume vanity, sports, tv, gambling, porn etc. this is truly the devils playground and you have to choose not to take part in it and be good and do good.
I think people just give up on happiness and learn to settle for momentary pleasure and distraction.
It’s bc of the nihilism and atheistic programming, see YOLO culture. If there is no greater good or other life, what is the point of this life. It’s a very toxic belief system.
What a thoughtful and insightful post. I agree with everything you said. It sounds like you know a lot of based people who see and feel the deliberate and man-made problems we are forced to endure.
I must fight everyday falling into despair and depression. Each day I pray for God to fill me with faith, hope, strength, courage, compassion, trust, charity and grace. I find it helps me quite a lot. I also have a wonderful husband and 2 sons who are all outstanding people, including my dog. The love of my family and our relationships are what is important in life.
I still have hope for the future. I still hope there is "The Plan" and it will be successful.
But I will accept whatever God decides in His Divine Wisdom.
Take care. 🌷
I spent today uncharacteristically super charged. I can attribute it to two things: 1)recently alcohol free (not a “problem”, a health decision) 2. Last night when I couldn’t sleep, I went to God in prayer. Fell asleep that way, I felt “cured” this morning. Take it to Him. Encourage others to as well; deep, meaningful prayer. God bless you.
Man, this has been in my thoughts for a while. I look around (here in Canada) and just think...life isn't supposed to be this way. I understand people need to find God again but it's just straight up depressing watching what's going on around me. We're all connected through vibration and fighting the negative energy around me can be tiring. BUT it's another war I'm willing to fight, im motivated and let God's energy flow through me. Stay positive cause we all know how this will end.
You may be right about a lot of people these days, but I just try to live above the fray, focus on the good, and particularly on how I plan to deal with what may be coming. I've prepped for disaster for years now and have done all the usual things... stored food, water, silver, and lead... but mainly I just trust in God and plan to be the best man I can be as the future unfolds.
I also plan to enact Dan Bongino's #1 rule, "Don't get dead." That's why I have such an extensive lead collection.
i see it too. I try to be positive but reality is this world farking sucks! Lost our home / job for holding the line.
We got "died suddenly everywhere" and people think youre a grub for questioning their vaccine status.
Kids think they have no chance with the price of the world. As you said gaming or my current worry is drinking. Overhearing some of the vids my kid is listening to - tiktok? I think the Epstein etc is flooding social media, and hitting them like a tonne of bricks - even with my forewarnings - its DARK!
I believe there is a hidden hand on the scale. It ain't just us. The gods of Babylon are still being invoked and are working very hard to keep us from discovering our power. Take care of yourselves. Take time to turn within - where the Kingdom of Heaven is, and ask for guidance. God bless.
This seems appropriate.

Suffering is part of being a human in a fallen world. Everyone is born a sinner & can only become redeemed with accepting Christ into your heart as Lord & Savior. Heaven is where our eyes should be. Not earth.
It’s not the modern world. Buddha built a whole religion around suffering. Of course Christ as well. After pondering about this very subject for many years I’ve come to the conclusion suffering is inherent to life in this world or part of the human condition
Damn The Fed!
