Of course that does not apply if you just walk across the border. Do that and you'll get to the top of the freebees line, most likely get offered a posh hotel room, and a welfare check.
The main part of walking across the boarder is the logistics of not getting kidnapped by the cartel, not getting raped, not get robbed. The south side of the boarder is a dangerous place and I don't want to take the risk with my family.
Who is this "boarder" to whom you refer?
Can't you just present yourself at a center on the US side and say they brought you on a bus?
I'm a US citizen. Flying into the country, and showing up at a port of entry from the inside isn't going to do much to get my wife across the boarder without a visa.
So, from Canada then... Either you're illegal too (mail your docs back or hand off to a fren) or she is and you're the coyote... Look very mean. I'm only half making light of this, having known people all my life who I thought were legal only to learn they'd not only been 'undocumented' but collecting all kinds of welfare while working and getting paid under the table. At this point, the money is fake and I prefer it go to frens.
Look, if I was in my native third world country right now trying to get into the US, I’d go take this jab in any shitty public small hospital, inside the doctor’s room I’d pay him to stamp my vax card, throw out the jab and get some good $$ for that. Actually I don’t even think I’d see the doctor’s face, they would just send a nurse to apply it. That’s how things work out of US in many corrupt socialist country. Idk what country you are right now, but if you are in a first world country this might not work well. Unfortunately I’m in US and I cannot do the same here and I’ll have to leave before my visa expires. l otherwise I’d take a shot, if the nurse refuses to be corrupted I’d just walk out.
This doesn't work where I'm at as far as I know.
Can you buy a flight to another country and bring back the documentation to say you got the jab there? Like, "I didn't feel comfortable getting this injection in the USA, here's documentation i got in my home country".
I confess I didn’t think about it before because returning to that shit never was in my plans; In fact It’s a pretty good idea to consider, but because I’m a US resident if this plan fail for some reason I would be prohibited from entering US without it because residents require the jab, tourists don’t if I’m not wrong.
From what I understand the jab is required as a criteria for granting a green card. If you have a valid visa, nothing should be stopping you from traveling to and from the USA. Also if you're in the USA on a visa, you should be able to extend the visa without needing the jab.
But quick disclaimer, this is not legal advice. I would ask an attorney about what the rules and options are for your situation so you can plan around it.
Clot shot is Covid shot. It doesn't list covid as one of the diseases.
It is still unreasonable and highly unethical to refuse visa on account of lack of documentation on vaccines.
It specifies any other vaccines recommended by the committee. My coworker and his entire family have immigrated legally from Venezuela, and they had to all get the clot shot and every booster or be deported. If they miss one booster they will lose any chance at green cards they've been working on for 7 years now and likely be deported back to Venezuela.
medical rape is normalized. the difference - medical rape often ends in death.
I hope your coworker can get justice for being forced to get an unwanted medical procedure under duress.
Not just him. His wife, his young children, his brothers and their wives and children, his parents...all did everything the legal way and are forced to take every shot and booster, whereas illegal immigrants are not required to take any vaccines and get FAR more benefits for sneaking into our country illegally.
They should have used I-601's waiver
"They" is me and my wife in this case. And the waiver is difficult because you need to have a religious reason against ALL vaccines, not just covid-19.
I've gotten the opinions of one law firm on this, and I'm in the process of reaching out to more to get their opinions on this.
The main source of frustration is why is a religious exemption needed for something that can kill you? I've been really tempted to troll USCIS by sending in a one line waiver that says, "I love Jesus, but I'm not in a hurry to meet him any time soon".
I understand because I went through the same thing and got the waiver approved. it just took a long time and a lot of steps. They also make you pay them like a thousand bucks. Make sure you have the lawyer draft a good statement, and get all the affidavits in order. Its not like youre lying that youre sincerely held beliefs are against it. Its worth it, because I wasn't going to let them force that on anyone I care about. It cost about 1500 for the lawyer I went to. Im on the west coast in a blue area.
That's great to hear! And the cost on my side is about the same, $1,500 for an attorney to help you draft it, and $1,000 to apply for the waiver.
My main concern is that the process for the waiver is opaque. I have no idea what the criteria is for applying. And the condition that you need to have a moral belief against all vaccines.
Were you able to get the waiver based on just covid? Or is there any part in whole or in part that you could post or DM?
The waiver was written up based on a sincerely held belief against all vaccines. I can probably redact and send you a version of it in a DM. best of luck to you. god bless you.
Btw, is it a requirement to have a religious/moral belief against all vaccines? I think i remember hearing that, but when I checked the actual statute it looks like it's not that rigid.

thank you. god bless.

The last sentence gets cut off. The rest of that sentence is.
They basically wrote a wildcard into the law that would allow them to dynamically update it based on recommendations. Here is the current page from the ACIP:
And this is the current policy page that lists what the criteria for greencard applicants is:
This is a case where recommendations are being treated with the force of law. To my understanding this was ruled unconstitutional in West Virginia v EPA. Congress can not lend out the ability to make laws. Executive branch can make recommendations, congress then needs to vote those recommendations into law.
I could try to walk into the embassy and make a scene about how it's unconstitutional. I don't see that leading to an outcome where they say, "maybe you're right, here's your visa".
Nah... they will just arrest you for doing that. Clown world. Better to settle down to one place until all the clowns are removed from this world and the constitutional republic is restored. That's what I have done, so far.
There's a case before the Supreme Court as we speak that challenges the admin's state to effectively pass laws through administrative edicts. Hopefully that will end ALL regulations that are not specifically passed by Congress.
One can hope. The problem is that I heard it's pretty expensive to take the feds to task to call them out on their bullshit.
The problem is that it's still going to be a long drawn out court process to get the government to admit to it. The best solution for me is to meme the CDC into submission to get enough attention and shame brought on them, that they are being criminally negligent in this and find any possible way to avoid litigation.
It says right there you are eligible for the waiver You can get an I-601 waiver on religious grounds.
It's eligle to apply for waiver. It's not guaranteed.
Vaccine-preventable-diseases ....
Apart from the sheer grammatical & syntax lunacy: Vaccine with the preventable of the diseases
What vaccine prevents!!!!! disease? The answer is: NONE!
Look it up. NONE! What they call side-effects, are a dis ease.
The people who get the jab are the same people who get "covid" more often. So It's definitely laughable to call something with negative efficacy "preventable".
True,
But then again, the vaxx is not a vaccine. It is a transfection. The problem with regular vaccines is they cause an immune response. The dis ease manifest itself. So, it is not preventable at all!
