Here is an idea. Put the older folks that used to fill their prescriptions at that store on the juries to put these POS away. Give them an option to sentence to as a long a term as they think appropriate.
Let's see if they let them walk or fix the problem in their hood.
And surely thie hoodlums can be identified and arrested by our crack investigators at our local fed law enforcement agency. After J6, this ought to be easy speazy.

The latest in flash-mobs. Smaller versions (as many as would fit in a couple of cars) are reported on regularly in New Zealand. They tend to target Jewelry, Cigarettes' and Alcohol over here.

Ironically, DC has been robbing "we the people" for generations.
They had a lack of opportunities in their youth. It's better now -- until all the CVS's are gone.
