FYI, Trump already Federalized the NG before he left in EO 13912, "Biden" has no control of the NG, only the CIC and guess who's NOT the CIC and guess who actually is! This is why "Biden" is not doing anything! Enjoy the show!

Sounds great, but it did not happen. If it did happen they would owe my daughter and son-in-law a crap ton of money for the health and dental insurance she would've been eligible for while he was federalized - active duty.

I'm not quite sure you read that EO correctly - It was for the purpose of "Responding to the COVID Emergency" so it would not apply to this and it authorized deployment of the Ready Reserves - it says this about the NG:

The Secretary of Defense or the Secretary of Homeland Security, as applicable, will ensure appropriate consultation is undertaken with relevant state officials with respect to the utilization of National Guard Reserve Component units activated under this authority.

I'm not too confident that any of the "relevant state officials" would agree to the "consultation"
