The entire situation is planned, performed, and orchestrated by White Hats. There is no other reason why it has turned into this seemingly impending civil war scenario.
First of all, I highly recommend watching this 15-minute clip of The Second Civil War, a 1997 HBO film that apparently was predictive programming for this exact event:
https://twitter.com/zrwj_/status/1749970163053814155?s=46&t=D7VSNbrQWTwJdnJ-_vaTRA
Who could have guessed they'd predict something like this?
So, Texas has secured their border, prevented Federal agents from returning to their posts, and defied every ruling and demand relating to it. At the same time, half of the states in America have voiced their support for Texas, with many sending NG and/or resources.
Meanwhile, Biden is backed into a corner on this. Either he orders the military (whether or not he controls it is beside the question) to recapture Shelby Park by force, thereby triggering a civil war and certain defeat by the angry majority, or he backs down, looking weak to every single democrat and bombing any chances of nomination.
Meanwhile, Abbott isn't even in America. He is in India, and while I haven't figured out exactly why he is over there, I think that right now it's safe to say he is talking about a potential Second Republic of Texas and trade deals with India.
Because the situation is deteriorating rapidly. Deadlines have been called and passed without consequence by both sides. Tensions are not going to simmer down since this is the hill Biden and the Marxist libtards will die on; unlimited illegal immigration.
This is the biggest self-checkmate ever by Biden. He allowed the border crisis to start, then panicked and did all the wrong things when Texas secured the border. There is no easy way out of this for Sleepy Joe. He got all turned around and lost his queen on the 5th move of the game.
Now for some quotes by normies that think that "QAnon" is bull, all from a 1500-member Discord server that is currently circlejerking this situation:
A: "Biden checkmated himself because of the border. He will literally die on the hill of unlimited illegal immigrants"
B: "Nah, Abbot checked him, then Biden simultaneously mated himself, whilst also giving up his queen."
A: "idk if Abbott is a genius or biden is a retard. this is the most spectacular display of real-politik manuvering ive ever seen"
B: "Both. Abbot played a genius move, and Biden started to screw himself more than anybody thought possible. Even the most hardcore rightoids never thought he could’ve made this situation as bad as it is."
A: "out of biden's current options:
1-Give up and look weak to his electorate
2-Economically sanction a US state
3-Use the military and spark a civil conflict
None of them were any good for him, imo chose the 2nd worst option"
C (a MAGA patriot): "Damn, the entire country hates me…what can I possibly do to solve this and make them give me absolute power?”
-FDR, Circa 1941"
These are fairly average people that if it were not for this crisis would be talking about history and science instead of civil war and Biden's massive self-own.
Have no fear. This crisis has ensured Biden's loss and Trump's victory.
Keep in mind whom our God is! Our God is an Awesome God, and He has an Awesome Divine Humor!
Nothing can stop what is coming. Hold the line, Patriots! Victory is this year!
Governors have sovereign authority (each state is its own sovereign entity) higher than the US President and may negotiate trade deals exclusively for their states independently of the US Congress and US President (per Federal, not National structure). There is some delegation of authority from the states to the Federal Gov't, but it is only for the explicitly defined 19 enumerated powers as listed. "Delegation creep" has happened over the years as the Federal Gov't has tried to control the states, but this is ALL unconstitutional and in direct violation of Article 4, Section 4 of the Constitution for the united states of America (CfusA, 1788).
The fact that Texas has its own Constitutional authority to secede and revert to a Republic (per terms of its entry into the Union, 1845), do indeed make the whole Texas story and secession nonbinding vote which is on the 2024 ballot very interesting.
Actually, all states have the right to leave the compact if the other party violates it. That's what a contract is. This shouldn't be necessary because the states are sovereign and they're beginning to understand that.
We are all getting a lesson in state sovereignty and Fed enumerated powers.
It goes back to 1832 when SC attempted to start the Civil War the first time by interfering with tariff collection by Fed gov’t in Port of Charelston SC. If it is delegated duty and Fed gov’t is doing its duty, then it cannot be re-delegated back to state via 9th/10th Amend. BS was stirred up to try and stop annulment of US Bank #2 charter, imo. Put down by Jackson (1st term): https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nullification_crisis
Actually, it goes back to the ratification of the Constitution. Both parties signed. Both agreed. Either signer/ratifier has the right to leave the contract....simple contract law.
Probably correct. So I believe the "contract" must be officially and legally terminated per contract law prior to secession for all states except Texas. "Breach of Contract" civil litigation is likely required in Article III court, i.e. SCOTUS.
I believe the Confederate States secession (except Texas) was intentionally done illegally (with Crown-controlled SC agents) in order to foment Civil War. It was intentional, not accidental. Theoretically, all Confederate states could have legally and properly terminated the contract, not engaged in any military action against the Union, and gone on their merry way. But this is not what the Crown wanted. The Crown was using divide and conquer strategy and they needed WAR, so they did everything possible to gin it up.
The most interesting aspect of the Civil War is that when the 11 states seceded, the original Amendment XIII TONA was automatically re-ratified as the percent of states remaining that had ratified it went over 75%, making it verifiably effective after 40 years of attempts to hide that it was fully re-ratified on January 30th, 1824 and incorporated into "Military Laws of the United States" in 1825. Amendment XIII TONA automatically strips citizenship if one takes any "emolument" from a foreign power. Applied today this strips all DC people, and all Corp State officials down to the city level of their REPUBLIC citizenship, automatically.

I did not know that there was a secession referendum.
Nonbinding. Unclear what State Assembly does once it passes. Texas appears to be the ONLY state that can actually secede cleanly without proving failure of Fed 19 duties per its pre-Union Texas Republic status and “right to revert to a Republic” per 1845 Texas Const.
