As a female who experienced the snide wrath of other females I worked with through the years, I don’t think a female VP would help, it would harm. Females (most) have jealousy issues when another female has ability, looks, nice body and class that they wish they had. “Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned” is not a myth. Where some of us can verbally appreciate the good qualities in other women, many cannot!! Just look at the history of some of the women in politics! They are not to be trusted. My opinion.
