"White hats" controlling does not mean they are doing it. They control the same way Trump controls. He gets the black hats to approve the expansion because they think Gitmo will finally be the end of patriots and anons. When Trump wins the election, he will continue to expand and fill it. If he loses, they will come for us all. Rather than argue semantics, we should be preparing...
