Tucker has friends in high places. He could have access to private servers beyond gov't level that could bounce his transactions all over the world and still come to nada if anyone tried to find it.
You don't need friends in high places to use Monero.
Neither do you for Bitcoin. It's really not difficulty to buy anonymously.
