So there may be no misunderstanding of the intent of Congress regarding the Insurrection Act of 1807 and the federal government’s supremacy clause.

Texas' Morgan Lutrell & Dan Crenshaw are noticeably missing as signatories. Surely they were asked to join.

I know another strongly worded letter, but, it has to be said and noted as this movie progresses.

We strongly urge you to join Governor Greg Abbott’s efforts to defend Texas from this foreign invasion, instead of standing against national sovereignty."

How disgusting that he even has to be told.

I doubt Biden remembers this is going on. They need to tell his aides not to remind him.

The grade school taunt "You and what army?" Because they're going to convince 194 more members of the House and 67 Senators to impeach him. Or 266 more House members and 67 Senates to override Biden's veto when they defund any agency that messes with Texas? Or is Texas going to leave the Union (that's the smart play, with the right Constitution they'd quickly become one of the wealthiest nations on earth as every with money and a gripe with how Democrats run this country would consider going to it).

All this exposes Boden as a fake. Of rheybget rid of him it will be the same for whoever follows unless it's trump.

NG from other states (not Texas) were fed activated to Texas at least since Oct, probably much longer than that.

Like I've been saying on a few posts now, some NG were called up by federal not state and those NG troops were told to help the BP with processing the illegals. Unfortunately, Florida's & Alabama's NG are part of this along with a few other states, so don't let those governors blow smoke up your backside saying they are helping and supporting Texas by sending troops, they are helping by letting the fed gov take control of our states NG troops and gives them their orders to help BP. And I have an inkling Alabama may not have many NG troops left, as if they are not in Texas helping BP, they are overseas, might be the same in other states but don't know about them.
