Conclusions
This MR study demonstrated no significant causal relationships between red/processed meat intake and the risk of the four CVD outcomes examined. Further investigation is warranted to confirm these findings.
Coverage of this on Epoch Times
Here is an older study (N=29 682) that claimed to have found correlation between redmeat and heart diseases.
What else did you do besides cutting red meat?
Pomegranate juice daily and lemon water plus greek yogurt for breakfast every day. Cleared up GERD, reduced overall inflamation and improved my resting heart rate and resolved a light case of POTS
Are you able to confirm that it wasn't just caloric count? A large steak, for example, is pretty high in calories, and you may not know how many calories you're really eating, especially with oil or butter added.
Often when we take greater attention to our diets (such as taking the time to cut things out), we start making better choices about what and how much we eat.
That alone could easily have improved all other listed conditions like resting heart rate and inflammation.
Gotcha. Did u eliminate any other stuff?
Cutting carbs does this as well.
Genuinely skeptical and curious, if you care to further your point
