And Obama's appointees should all be removed. He was not a legitimate President. When Trump said he'd appoint a lot more he wasn't joking.
You’ll be happy. I believe that the Trump Team will nullify both the Bidan and Obama presidencies. I think Trump will end up appointing all 9 Justices. Liberal tear flood incoming.
Obama should have made Thomas Chief Justice. Clarence is the oldest judge. But bathouse Barry knew Uncle Clarence is super based and would destroy the commie agenda.
Thomas likely is already Chief Justice. It just has not been made public yet. Roberts is compromised and will likely resign during next Trump admin. He is being held in place to prevent Biden appointment. However, with the addition of the 3 conservatives, Thomas effectively became Chief Justice anyway from a functional standpoint.
None of the Obama appointees to the District Court of Northern California have oaths of office. They have done this because they are committing treason and do not wish to be prosecuted for it. They can only be prosecuted for fraud now, but they are currently operating without authority or immunity. All Obama appointee commissions are null and void, ab initio (from the start), because he is a citizen of Great Britain (born in Kenya prior to independence).
