There is the Step Count to the Refrigerator. A few Summers ago I was camping in backyard and the only toilet was 200 yards away. One evening I ate something that did not agree with me and I walked to that toilet 3 times in the same night. That was a lot of walking.
I try to walk at lest 10k steps a day. My longest streak of not missing a 10k day is 1432 days.
I fell asleep while sitting down on the couch. I woke up at 12:15am and without looking knew my streak was over. I only had 9200 steps.
That was not a great day. lol
My currect streak is 209 days of 10k step or more.
Daily step count of 9,000 to 10,000
and
highly sedentary people
are mutually exclusive attributes.

That's almost 4 miles lol.
Yeah, I thought it sounded a bit ambitious. Still, you've gotta keep moving if you want to stay alive.
I know my arthritis hurts less if I move more.
I find magnesium oil with a little DMSO helps a lot, as well as MSM and glucosamine sulphate.
Exercises help body create glutathione on its own - the natural antioxidant that helps cleanse the body of toxins.
Good to know, thanks!
