There is the Step Count to the Refrigerator. A few Summers ago I was camping in backyard and the only toilet was 200 yards away. One evening I ate something that did not agree with me and I walked to that toilet 3 times in the same night. That was a lot of walking.
That's almost 4 miles lol.
Yeah, I thought it sounded a bit ambitious. Still, you've gotta keep moving if you want to stay alive.
I know my arthritis hurts less if I move more.

I try to walk at lest 10k steps a day. My longest streak of not missing a 10k day is 1432 days. I fell asleep while sitting down on the couch. I woke up at 12:15am and without looking knew my streak was over. I only had 9200 steps. That was not a great day. lol
My currect streak is 209 days of 10k step or more.
