That's correct, the Organic Act. "Sov-cit?" Those who know this are Americans who've paid attention for many years and yes, we are sovereign citizens. You might want to dip your toe in that area of knowledge.
Yeah, I'm talking Sovereign Citizens who believe in legal mumbo-jumbo gotchas like gold fringe on flags, 'traveling' instead of driving so no need for a Driver's license, secret government money tied to your name, etc. etc. etc. For some reason Q seemed to attract them, flerfers, and new-new-agers - I have zero patience for any of them.
Well, it has a point. All the things I've read here about the US being sold points to language talking of "corporations" and people just think there's only one type of corporation, that being of a business. But yeah, people working together towards a common goal are also corporations.
Sov-cit is like Flat Earth. Clown invention to put everyone in wrong direction.
However, it seems to be true that we lost our rights undeer Common Law when the US moved from Republic into a Corporation.
Look into what Senator James Traficant put into congressional record in 1993 regarding Emergency Banking Act of 1933.
He claims that, that is when America switched to a corporation.
There are some interesting coincidences as well. The date of the Act coincides with the end of the 44th Speaker of Congress (a week or so before).
When Mike Johnson took oath the person introducing him said he was the 45th Speaker and we all knew there was some code there.
What is required, I believe, is restoration of the Republic at al local levels. Not by claiming Sov-Citizen (btw the word Citizen refers to a corporate entity like person and is self defeating for this), but by getting your local Sherriff to become a constitutional sherriff and restoring constitutional local government.
I think a lot of psuedo-lawyer, sov-cit types point to this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/District_of_Columbia_Organic_Act_of_1871
Edit: Ha! Just saw the 'conspiracy theories' section. We're famous!
ha.
The funny part is there is an 1871 banking law......it's just not in the US.
and I did not know this Most U.S. cities and counties are municipal corporations.

I 100% agree with your take on Sovereign Citizens here.
